What is Greater Impact?
Greater Impact is a non-profit business that seeks to mentor youth through meaningful work. Our vision is to instill value and hope in the youth of our community through work.
What do we do?
We provide jobs for youth (15-24 year olds). We provide on-the-job mentoring as well as weekly classroom training on essential workplace behaviors. We train our employees in the practical life skills needed to be great future employees of our community.

Lawn Care & Landscaping
- Our lawn care services focus on commercial and residential lawn care maintenance which includes mowing, weed trimming, and edging. We also offer landscaping services including small landscaping and cleanup projects.

Screen Printing
- Our screen printing department can print on t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags and more! We can print up to 6 colors per side.

Why we do it?
We believe God designed all people to work by using our strengths and gifts to honor him. Work can bring purpose and dignity and a positive first job experience can be transformational for future work. There are many obstacles to finding a good job and we want to help decrease those.
